Shipping
All orders have a 3-5 business days processing time. After orders are processed then we will ship via USPS and provide you with a tracking number. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

We have the right to refuse to ship to a P.O Boxes. Please provide residential addresses or these orders can be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in areas which cannot be serviced.
Tracking Orders
Standard Orders are subject to a 3 to 5 day processing time. Once your order has been shipped via USPS, you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number. This is only if you provided us your email.
Locating your Package
Packages are classified as "lost" if it has been more than 15 business days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package. Please email us at thesilverboxjewelry@gmail.com and we will try our best to provide you with information regarding your order. We are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed, lost, stolen, or where incorrect shipping information has been provided.
All packages are packaged as securely as possible, however, it is possible that items can be damaged due to the way they are handled in transit.
